The objective of this project is to examine how society views people with different chronic health conditions.
As a participant in this project, I will be asked to complete an online survey which includes background questions about myself and a series of questions about my opinions regarding how society views people with different chronic health conditions. The survey will take approximately 20 to 30 minutes to complete although individual completion times can vary depending on computer systems. I may complete the survey at a location of my choice.
